Coaching with Purpose. Healing with Hope.
Comprehensive life, mental, and relationship coaching for active duty service members, veterans, retirees, and their spouses—nurturing spiritual, social, and psychological well‑being.

Why Counseling and Coaching?
Combining counseling and coaching offers comprehensive support for veterans and their spouses. Together, we address both the psychological and practical aspects of healing and goal-setting:
-
Counseling helps individuals cope with emotional or mental health challenges, such as war trauma, identity crises, and communication issues.
-
Coaching provides guidance on achieving practical goals, improving communication, and rebuilding trust.
-
This holistic approach empowers individuals and couples to heal, grow, and thrive together.

Coaching is a powerful tool for personal and professional growth. It creates a supportive environment to:
-
Explore and align your values and purpose.
-
Break through mental and emotional barriers.
-
Develop communication and relational skills.
-
Enhance self-awareness and neuroplasticity in the brain.
-
Foster meaningful connections.
Through coaching, service members can reevaluate their beliefs, values, and purpose, promoting moral resilience and clarity that supports their well-being and integrity throughout their military journey.
Hi, I’m Emma Martin.
Most people know me for my dedication to equipping and empowering military marriages. Full Range Foundation was ignited in my heart during my time serving on staff at our local church in Ft. Bragg (now Ft. Liberty), NC. As my husband, Joe, served our country through nine deployments, I experienced firsthand the unique struggles of military life—feelings of anger, bitterness, loneliness, and a deep sense of disconnection. While raising our four children, I felt torn between two lives: one at home and one dictated by the military’s demands.
In what I now call my "wilderness season," I faced one hardship after another: losing friends, constant relocations, and witnessing the toll of war on loved ones. This season felt overwhelming, but I found refuge in God’s promises, particularly in Isaiah 43:19: “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”
God used this time to reveal my purpose: to serve and support the military community. My journey of navigating these challenges shaped my passion for connecting with military families, particularly spouses, to encourage, mentor, and provide them with tools to thrive.
Military spouses, your life has meaning and purpose!
